Is it really waterproof?

Yes. Every Rose & Selma piece is waterproof and tarnish-free, so you can shower, swim and exercise without taking it off. It is covered by a two year warranty.

Will it turn my skin green?

No. Our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free, made from 18k gold vermeil or sterling silver over a solid base rather than thin plating over brass.

How long does personalisation take?

Personalised pieces are made to order by hand. Add 2 to 4 working days before dispatch, then normal delivery time on top. The exact date is shown on the product page before you order.

Can I return a personalised piece?

Because they are made specifically for you, personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please double-check spelling and stone choices before ordering. Everything else can be returned within 30 days.

How many characters can I have?

It depends on the piece and is shown on each product page. Name pieces typically take up to 12 characters, and the field will stop you going over.

Which birthstone should I choose?

Each month has its own stone, listed on the product page with a photo. Most people choose their own or those of their children, but there are no rules.

How does Buy 2, get 1 free work?

Add any three pieces to your bag and the lowest-priced one comes off automatically at checkout. No code needed.

What does delivery cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, though delivery times and any customs charges vary. Email support@selmajewelry.com if you are unsure.
